There is a distinct difference between 𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐲 and 𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲, and here's why it matters.

Equality means each individual or group of people is given the same resources or opportunities. While equity recognizes that each person has different circumstances and allocates the exact resources and opportunities needed to reach an equal outcome, 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐬𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐬 𝐮𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐟𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐚 𝐛𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐥𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐡 𝐟𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫.

Moreover, there are several opportunities in contemporary society that can be filled in a variety of fields. However, access to this is not as fair as we had anticipated; many individuals, particularly those who are in need, face obstacles or restrictions.

Therefore, put an end to this practice and begin over to help everyone and leave no one behind in rust.
